All cases (briefly)
There are billions of solar systems in the Milky Way galaxy and our solar system is just one of them. It is located in an outer spiral arm of the galaxy and consists of the Sun and the eight planets with their natural satellites, asteroids, comets, and other smaller bodies that orbit around them.
But, what do we know about the solar system we call home? The more intensive the research we conduct, the more new questions appear for the next generations of scientists and engineers. And this case-lesson can be the first step on your way to solving the astronomical riddles.
So, we go through physics, chemistry, astronomy, math, technology, and learn how to listen to "space music"!
Additionally, we practice a lot of competencies, such as teamwork, the ability to learn, critical thinking, working with technology, inventive skills, the ability to act under the conditions of uncertainty, the ability to filter information, and creativity.
